We use PROTECH TPU films in our three-layer composite products. To achieve both high levels of waterproofing and breathability, PROTECH provides a superb balance between protection and comfort.

Dintex is a high-level technical membrane that completes the functional level of our two- and three-layer fabrics. For total comfort, we focus particularly on achieving high levels of fabric breathability and waterproofing.

In some MACSEIS products, we use reinforced X-TREME500 stretch fabric to provide a higher level of protection. MACSEIS applies dyes to X-TREME500 fabrics that are as close to their color palette as possible.

Whenever possible, MACSEIS uses
Down for their jackets as a natural, breathable thermal insulator. The down comes from ducks processed for human consumption and washed according to EU standards. The material blend is balanced at 90/10 for the best possible thermal protection and comfort.

SORONA is a DuPont thermal component produced to EU standards and primarily used for outdoor and ski clothing. MACSEIS adapts this thermal insulation technology to achieve the right level of breathability while maintaining warmth and comfort.

GLOBAL is a standard for recycled polyester, and we use it as padding and thermal insulation in our outerwear jackets, providing good protection in adverse weather conditions.

MACSEIS products are functional and ergonomic. We include a long list of components and technical features to improve the well-being, comfort, and protection of those who wear our products in their work environment. To ensure the longevity of your product, do not tumble dry, as this will burn all the functional technologies. Wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C, sufficient to leave your product clean. Modern laundry detergents are designed to clean effectively at much lower temperatures. MACSEIS recommends using gel soaps.

All MACSEIS safety footwear, whether S1P or S3, is certified according to EN ISO 20345:2011, and we offer several color combinations across our three models.

Products in the MACSEIS Corporate & WorkWear collection must be washed at a maximum temperature of 40°C in accordance with the EN ISO 6330 washing and dyeing standard. Please allow for natural wear and tear and do not wash above 40°C, even if the product label suggests otherwise, as this would impair elasticity and technical performance.

Knee protection can only be guaranteed when using both MACSEIS knee pads and pockets with reinforced CORDURA or X-TREME fabric on work trousers. MACSEIS sports knee pads are based on the protection used by motorcyclists, a highly protective pad that absorbs impact and offers protection against punctures.
